APAH and American Legion Post 139 worked together to make real a vision of the future that better served our community. The Post sold APAH its land; APAH redeveloped the property into affordable housing with 50% veteran's preference and a brand new, modern facility for Post 139 to call home. Believed to be the first of its kind in America, this model could inspire other American Legion Posts around the country to do the same.
