The start of a period is considered cycle day one (CD 1), but if you want to be technical, a period really is the end of a cycle. A period signifies that you are not pregnant after ovulating. You will always get a period after you ovulate but will always need a period to start ovulation. Still, have questions? Join Premom Premium and ask Nurse Linda your questions LIVE in our weekly webinars!

Tune into Premom App's Community every day to catch one of Nurse Linda's Thought of the Day videos to get quick fertility tidbits of knowledge valuable to anyone trying to conceive (TTC) or wanting to know more about tracking your cycle.
