Early winter fishing with my buddy Jared. The tracks were closed due to a train going through when we first got on the water. We decided to throw topwater to see if any Stripers were hanging around the tracks and started getting blow ups immediately! We landed 2 Stripers and a fat Hybrid Striper. When the train passed, we moved on to try to find the Speckled Trout. They were quite picky and the only thing we could get them to eat was a Midnight Slam Pure Flats Slick Jr. We ended with 9 Speckled Trout between 16 - 22". All fish were released.
