This Scrumptious Slimming World Lemon Drizzle Cake is only 1 Syn per slice & is Diabetic friendly. Best served cold with a nice cuppa! If you don't like Lemons then this works just as well using 1 large Orange. :)

There seem to be a few people having trouble making this cake. Please do not come on here to just get the recipe & go off & try & make the cake on your own. Please watch the video all the way through so as the method/technique for making the cake is very precise. If you follow my instructions by the letter you WILL get a perfect cake just like mine :)

Ingredients:
50g self raising flour
28g granulated sweetener(+ extra for drizzle)
2 lemons
5 large eggs
