In 2023, participants in the GO ME!! Community Outreach Program were able to flow through Tai Chi classes, sweat through free fitness classes and self-defense classes, and try out new equipment (such as body blades, weighted bars, and hollow bars).The classes connected multiple generations. The fun didn’t stop there - with craft afternoons, yoga, all-play-days and even a traditional Indigenous game called Run and Scream for the kids.
