This ground-breaking collaboration will see young professionals working in Government and public sector entities joining the summit with seasoned HR experts, youth leaders, heads of the ministries and other key government officials to share their knowledge, expertise, and insights and work towards our mission of continuing conversations for tomorrow by engaging the now and future leaders under one roof.

Since its inception, GOV HR Summit has grown into a powerhouse connecting over 4500 HR professionals through the years to create meaningful change and drive HR transformation and now, in tandem with the GOV YOUTH EMPOWERMENT, the summit propels the progress of the GCC region into the helm of global leadership and as a superpower.
