Don't be afraid to invest in long-term freeze-dried storage simply because you don't know how you'll use it all before it goes bad. You can repackage it for smaller amounts and make it work for you!

**Another way that I lost the footage for and didn't notice until it was too late -- you can vacuum seal the freeze-dried foods into vacuum seal bags or mylar bags (use O2 absorbers in mylar in most cases). .**
