In today's Europa Universalis IV (EU4) video we will be trying out Voltare's Nightmare mod which narrows the scope of the game to Europe, north Africa and the middle east, but greatly expands the provinces and tags represented in these regions. It's also notoriously hard to run, so let's see if my PC can handle it
