Years ago, I had the pleasure of visiting William Padilla Brown who is a permaculturist, mycologist, scientist and does most of this from his homestead and in the field. We did a great short film right here on youtube on genetically identifying Mushroom DNA for breeding and people really seemed to enjoy it.
