Hie everyone. In this video I have shared my morning to evening routine.This is a well-spent day with kids too. All of us just recovered from fever and flu (not covid), hence this delayed video. So sorry for that. I have shared a kid-friendly meal.

Here is the written recipes:

Rasam:
1)1 tsp Mixed fenugreek
2) 3 Shallots
3) 1 sprig of curry leaves
4) 1 tomato,chopped
5) 1/4 tsp tumeric powder
6) 1 tsp cumin
7) 1tsp coriander powder (Missed out in the video)

Chicken perattal:
300-400gm chicken marinate with
1) 1/4 tumeric
2) 1/2 chili powder
3) 1 egg
4) 1 tbsp corn flour
5) 1 tbsp rice flour
6) 1/2 lemon juice

Saute:
1) 1 cinnamon stick
2) 3 cardamom pods
3) Few cloves
4) 1 bay leaf
5) 2 Red chilies ( seeds removed)
6) 2 Dried Chilies
7) 1 Sprig of curry leaves
8) 2 Tomatoes
9) 5-8 Shallots
10) Ginger-garlic paste
11) Pandan leaves
12) coriander leaves

Masalas
1) 1 1/4 tbsp meat curry powder
2) 1 tsp garam masala
3) 1 tsp cumin powder
4) 1/4 tsp turmeric
5) 1 tsp coriander powder
6) Required salt

Beetroot poriyal
1) 1/2 grated beetroot
2) 1/4 cumin seeds
3) Shallots
4) few cloves of garlic
5) Curry leaves
6) Red chillies (with seeds removed)
7) Ginger-Garlic paste
