Ingredients :

1/2 Cup Unakkalari (Raw Rice)
1 Tbspn Saboon Rice
Salt as per taste
1/2 Tspn Chilly
1/4 Tspn Jeera
2 pinch Asafoetida
1/4 Tspn Sesame Seed
Water


Recipe :
Grind the rice, asafoetida and chilly very smoothly. Cook in low flame for 10 - 12 minutes till it becomes a thick paste. Add Salt. Stir continuously while cooking. Add jeera and sesame seed.After the paste is cool take a plastic sheet and and make waterver shape you want using the paste. Then dry it in sunlight for 3-4 days. Ari Kondattam is ready and you can store it in an air tight container for more than 3 month.
