Process:
In this video we have showed you the complete activities of the Terrace Clay tile installations process.
Prepare the button marks as per the rain water outlet point in the terrace to divert the rain water. The brick surkhi should be minimum of 1" near the drain pipe 4" at the other end for good heat insulation purpose.
After Loading the brick surkhi as per the button mark mix it with the lime 8 to 10 bags for 100 sq. ft. Let it dry, Sprinkle water soaked with molasses and jaggery at least one week prior to the usage. Beet the lime concrete to make it finely chopped. Once completed lay the pressed tile over the mortar mixed with oil and water proofing component Ratio 1 : 4. (Remember to soak the tile for minimum of 2 hours before installation) Point the gaps next day by sieving the sand Ratio 1 :2 .
