If you are going cheap from Narita Airport, we recommend the highway bus. It takes 90 minutes. The adult fee is 1300 yen (as of June 2022). Here, it is called LCB (Low Cost Bus). It's the same bus.
Three bus companies are jointly operated on this line, and it is recommended except for Keisei Bus. The reason is simply that there is no toilet.
If you want a toilet, please use other than Keisei Bus.
