For us going to any function is tough. Light, noise, trying hear others. It can be stressful and stress is a big trigger. This weekend I went to my nephews wedding. Great time but left as soon as the DJ started playing music and it was LOUD !! My iPhone even told me it was over 80 decibels.

If I didn't go everyone would have understood. But I surprised them and ended up having a great time with family.
