A video describing some of my journey from March 2019, changing my diet , embracing a natural healing path to tackle my life long issues with Eczema, Tourette syndrome and mental health issues. And how the challenge in embracing change with courage you can gradually transform your life and recreate an entirely new version of yourself....A path which is marathon of twists and turns , up's and downs....My life used to be constant stays in hospital with chronic skin hives and eczema along with Tourette tics amounting to around 1500 motor and vocal tics per day...and bouts of severe anxiety.

Now My life is very different...much quieter and calmer , as you will observe from this video.
