Vegetable oil 30 ml.
Salt.
Sweet paprika.
Dried oregano.
Garlic powder.
Black pepper.
Brush well the aubergines in both sides.
Bake for 15 minutes at 356°F/180°C.
Olive oil.
1 onion, finely chopped.
1 pepper.
Cook for 3-4 minutes
4 cloves of garlic
Minced meat 350g
Salt and pepper as required
Ginger 5 grams/0.17 oz.
Sweet paprika
Cumin 4 grams/0.14 oz.
Ketchup 1 tbsp.
Tomato puree 200 grams/7.05 oz.
Water 80 ml/2.7 fl oz.
Parsley.
Cover and cook for 10 minutes over medium low heat.
4 cherry tomatoes.
Olive oil.
Mozzarella 100g/3.53 oz.
Tomato puree 40 grams//1.41 oz.
Parmesan about 40 grams//1.41 oz.
Cherry tomatoes and mozzarella, dried oregano
Bake at 180 ° C for 20-25 minutes (350 ° F)
