Baby PAC-MAN!! In this session we are messing around with different inputs for Changes of Positions along with Fronts & Recalls. What really matters most to me in these sessions is his energy, focus & attitude. When teaching brand new concepts we tend to focus on those skills individually. In sessions like this one we start to combine the skills we are a bit further along with in order to help build mental stamina in preparation for longer routines.
