if i could sit for a minute
i would make myself cry
and i
i could reflect and ponder upon cities yonder
oceans across, or lightyears beyond her
and know i can minimize
and logically think
that nothing prevents me from wanting to shrink into
something so small, and curled in a ball
no thoughts or disdain
feelings remain
empty but new all again
