Here is how to cook Chicken Afritada in Mama Sita's sauce:
Ingredients:
2 lbs Boneless Chicken Thighs
2 medium potatoes, cubed
2 medium carrots, cubed
2 medium bell pepper, cubed
1 large onion, chopped
7 cloves garlic, minced
1 large tomato, chopped or sliced
1 can (8oz) green peas
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 small lemon, juiced
1 1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
