Today we visit the bluebell railway for their spectacular Giants Of Steam 2024 event. This years celebrity locomotive was non other than the former world record holding A4 locomotive 'Sir Nigel Gresley'. This giant steam locomotive was on full display throughout the event running up and down the line from Sheffield park station to east Grinstead. Also roosted was the resident steam fleet including 32424 Brighton Atlantic Beachy Head, 6989 Hall class Wightwick Hall, Bullied 34059 Sir Archibald Sinclair and BR standard class 5 73082 Camelot.

The day was action packed with steam locomotives going up and down throughout the day with a very intensive timetable as well as a number of double headers running.
