Hermano Game Boy speedrun in 28:41

Got the damage boosts in 3-3, everything went well except dying right at the final boss losing a chunk of time, but still getting under 29. I'm ok with this as the damage boosts from the dark head enemies wasn't always consistent when they are a floor higher.
