Julien Dupré was a French painter of great talent who was devoted to the land and its people. His bravura brush became increasingly rich with pigment and his skills at draughtsmanship were always present. His work was and is much sought after for its bright palette and color. An artist that was honored in Europe and highly collected in the States.
