Ready to make a difference? Our enrollment process at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Rhode Island is designed to ensure the best possible matches between mentors and mentees. It begins with an interview to get to know mentors, mentees, and their parent/guardians, followed by some basic paperwork and simple training to equip everyone for success. For mentors, we also conduct reference and background checks to ensure safety and compatibility.
