Delicious, quick and very beautiful cake! It's so delicious that I make it almost every day! When I have only 10 minutes, I bake this delicious cake! We ate everything in 5 minutes! ✅ Ingredients: (glass size 200 ml)
3 eggs
a pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
150 g / 5.3 oz sugar
110 ml/ 3.7 fl oz milk
110 ml/ 3.7 fl oz vegetable oil
250g/ 8.8oz flour
15g/ 0.5oz baking powder
Separate 1/4 of the dough.
1 tbsp cocoa
2 tbsp water
---
100g/3.5 oz yogurt
1 egg
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 175C/350F
decorate with powdered sugar
baking pan 27x18 cm/ 10x7 inches
