Brought to you by Boost in collaboration with North Cumbria Knowledge and Library Service, this Lunch & Learn session on 14 August 2024 saw Paul Williams (Senior Organisation Development and Improvement Partner) and Heidi Williams (Organisation Development and Improvement Partner) deliver a presentation on '“Blame is the Enemy of Safety” - Responding the South Tees Way'.

This session gave a short run through the South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust's journey to implementing Restorative Justice across the organisation. Paul and Heidi shared their progress, including highlights and challenges.
