What a crazy day! From taking an early morning train from Amsterdam into Cologne, I spent my first day in Germany around the Cologne Cathedral (which singlehandedly made the trip worth it), going to a German beer hall, exploring Old Town, and stumbling onto the Cologne Fair!

Also, my phone died suddenly and that made for a pretty wild navigational moment trying to return to my hotel!
