How to create a tubular cast on for 2x2 rib to produce a neat, stretchy edging. This works great for socks, cuffs, and anywhere you'd like a minimal edge. It's worked exactly same as the tubular cast on for 1x1 rib, with the addition of a final row of rearranging stitches into a 2x2 formation.
I used this method in my recent Sun-up Socks pattern.
