Following efforts to foster a new wave of K-Academics, Inha K-Academic Diffusion Research Center was established in July 2021 under the Inha CIS, funded by the Ministry of Education and the Academy of Korean Studies. The Center aims to build a new learning platform for Political Science and International Relations as Korean studies, reflecting foreigners' needs in the field.

Over the next five years, under the research project on 'Korean Studies of Identity Politics and Public Diplomacy , we have produced online courses, contents, and a variety of publications, providing a quality educational experience for anyone interested in Korean politics and international relations. We hope that these efforts can contribute to developing Korean political science and diplomacy into an independent field of study worldwide in the long run. Furthermore, we also expect that our efforts have attracted interest in Korean Studies and nurtured the next generation of foreign experts in Korean Studies.

K학술확산연구센터는 한국학으로서의 정치외교학 플랫폼을 구축하고 국내외 외국인들의 수요를 반영해 '정체성의 정치와 공공외교' 분야를 특화할 목적으로 교육부와 한국학중앙연구원 한국진흥사업단의 지원 아래 2021년 7월 1일 인하대학교 국제관계연구소 산하에 설립되었습니다.

본 센터는 5년간 정체성의 정치와 공공외교의 한국학이라는 주제로 한국의 정치외교학이 해외에서 독자적인 학문과 전공으로 발전될 수 있도록 온라인 강의 및 콘텐츠를 개발하고, 외국인 한국학 후속세대가 양성될 수 있는 기반을 구축해 나가는데 노력하고 있습니다.
