This video was filmed back In May 2023… the site was still very secure then and the main gate was padlocked shut. Unfortunately due to someone posting the exact location on social media it has now fallen victim to criminals…
In 2021 the DIRECTOR of a former car salvage company was jailed over unsafe forklift trucks and structural safety at his business. He failed to comply with HSE enforcement notices served to protect the health and safety of workers and visitors to the site. The site is still completely full with cars, tools, machines as if they just got uo and walked away.. which they pretty much did! Wile we were half way through filming we were made aware of a couple of suspicious lads.. we decided to fall back and wait around to aee who they were.. but it wasn’t long before they started smashing windows and causing untold amounts of damage to the cars. We decided to keave but as we walked around to the front of the site we spotted a plolice car at the main gate!
