Connecting a single audio source (in 2 or 3 way systems) for subs and mid/high amplifiers greatly simplifies and reduces the amount of wiring.

This video shows a basic serial connection (daisy chaining) of an audio signal to a group of amplifiers. For large events where many amplifiers are utilized to provide the same signal, daisy chaining of amplifiers is the most utilized method.

In this video, we are using channel #2 to feed channel #1 on the next amplifier. However, we could have used the paralleled 1/4" input of channel #1 to connect to channel #1 on the next amp.

Many professional amplifiers manufactured in the last 12 years provide for daisy chaining. If your amplifier is old and does not support daisy chaining, the use of "Y" connectors has been known to work fairly well.
