The new Ortur Aufero Laser 1 is a compact and versatile laser engraver. It offers three laser module options. I will test it to see which laser module is the best for you. I compared the performance to Ortur Laser Master 2 Pro and Sculpfun S9.

The three laser diodes to choose from are the LU2-2, LU2-4-SF and LU2-4-LF. The long focus module also comes with an air assist kit!
I tested the machine with a standard wood engraving pattern (power scale, interval test and photo engraving), a focus distance test, and plywood and hardwood cutting test. I also measured the focus spot size by engraving a test pattern on anodized aluminium and used a microscope to measure the beam size.
