Ingredients:
- 1 Egg
- Pinch of salt
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 Tsp vanilla extract
- 125g Yogurt
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 100g All-purpose flour
- 1+½ Tsp baking powder

Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, whisk together 1 Egg, a pinch of salt, 2 Tbsp of sugar, 1 Tsp vanilla extract
2. Add 125g Yogurt
3. Mix well
4. Add 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
5. Mix well
6. Sift 100g All-purpose flour with 1+½ Tsp baking powder
7. Mix well
8. heat a little oil in a large non-stick frying pan
9. spoon a quarter cup of the batter into the pan for each pancake and cook just until bubbles form around the edges of each pancake
10. Sprinkle the pancakes with sugar(optional)
