A PhD can be very stressful, in fact, it can be one of the most difficult time in one's educational career. I would be lying if I said there were times I doubted my ability and questioned my sanity during my first few years of my PhD whilst settling in. However, now on the other side, I am so grateful that I was able to go through the process and experience the ups and down. My PhD has shaped me and made me the person I am today and I don't regret it for a second.
