Here’s a new chant I wrote the other day, telling myself to
‘Slow down, don’t move too fast,
nothing to gain from rushing past!’

Voice 1 and 2:
Slow down, don’t move too fast,
Nothing to gain from rushing past!
Relax, release and let it pass,
Feel the moment,
Nothing lasts

Voice 3:
Raindrops falling,
Songbirds calling,
Opening up to the moment,
Opening up to the moment

Voice4:
Leave a little space,
To let the light come in,
Take a little pause,
To let the feelings flow.
