In this epic Magic Kingdom vlog, I spend my first day in Walt Disney World enjoying the fun of Walt Disney World's first theme park! I show you how to ride the newly opened Tiana's Bayou Adventure, as well as some of the most nostalgic and popular attractions in the park. I also share a chilled evening resort hopping at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort and Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.

GRAND FLORIDIAN WITH GARY C:    • Walt Disney World Vlog | Day 5 | Gran...

My day starts out in my moderate Disney hotel, Disney's Port Orleans Riverside in a standard room. Here I work my magic to book a Virtual Queue boarding group for the newly opened Tiana's Bayou Adventure. I also use Genie+ to book a return time for later in the day. However, please note Genie+ has now been discontinued and has now been replaced my the new Multi-Pass service. I'll explain more about this in a future vlog series I have planned.

Taking the Disney Transport bus over to Magic Kingdom, I arrive on Main Street USA for a first look at Cinderella's Castle, whilst sharing a couple of fun facts and pro tips whilst entering the park. After a little breakfast from the Main Street Bakery (Starbucks), I catch the temporary Welcome show, and then head into Adventureland and Frontierland to bum into Chip and Dale, as well as ride the Jungle Cruise and the reimagined Splash Mountain: Tiana's Bayou Adventure. In this ride-through, I share my reaction and a bit of the ride itself.

After the ride, I show you around the Critter Co Op shop and pick up a fun competition prize for my YouTube subscribers. I then drop the prize off in a locker at the front of the park, making sure I show you how the lockers in Disney work and how much they cost. I spend the rest of my morning at the park riding Tron: Lightcycle Run, It's a Small World, Haunted Mansion and Under the Sea with Ariel.

With the summer heat in July increasing, I choose to head back to Disney's Port Orleans Riverside for an afternoon cool down. Making sure to let my body cool down, I also give you a bit of a resort tour overview, including an in-depth look at what's available in the Fulton's Mercantile (the merchandise shop for the resort hotel).

I choose to spend my evening resort hopping at some of the Magic Kingdom resorts. Doing so, I explain how the transport works and how you can get from resort hotel to resort hotel without paying for an Uber, Lyft or Minnie Van. Arriving at Magic Kingdom's bus terminal, I take the resort Monorail past the Contemporary and Transportation and Ticket Center (TTC) to arrive the Polynesian Village. There I give you an overview of food options and then review the Capt. Cooks quick service restaurant.

Finishing up with my dinner and with a storm rolling in, I make my way over to the Grand Floridian via the resort monorail. Here I visit the Gasparilla Grill for a cheeky sweet treat, check out the newly opened mercantile store, soak up the ambience of the resort and show you how to use the boat service to get back over to the Polynesian. I then watch the Happily Every After fireworks from the beach, before taking a Minnie Van back to my room.
