First episode is here! This covers the first part of the drive starting in Oklahoma, through Kansas, into Fort Collins, CO. Probably the most boring part of the drive because driving through Kansas is a huge bore. I say that as someone who grew up in Oklahoma which is not that much better in terms of views. From OK to our stop in CO, it was about a 750+ mile drive and surprisingly averaged 27mpg on this leg. Car ran like a champ and having adaptive cruise control was a godsend.

Only downside was getting a rock chip in Kansas when I was behind a semi-truck, but thankfully that was the only hiccup of this leg of the trip. The following morning, we drove from Fort Collins up SH-287 then jumping onto I-80 until we hit Rock Springs, WY then north on 191. This was almost a 500 mile leg, but at least the scenery changed from the plains to the beautiful mountains. Enjoy the video and make sure to leave a comment!
