This is a derivative of the Japanese sign for "name", which is expressed using the Japanese finger alphabet "あ".

■How to sign
1) Making the Japanese fingerspelling "あ" .
2) Turn your left hand palm forward, fingertips up.
3) Keep the same shape of the right hand and bump the fingertips against the left palm.
