If you don’t like yourself but can’t seem to change no matter how hard you try, this video is for you🫶🏻

Whenever you’re doing something that you don’t like that you do, it’s a good sign you’re dealing with your shadow. This is the suppressed & inferior part of your personality, that has an unconscious influence over everything that you do.

Your actions are the result of both your conscious & unconscious motivations, and you self-sabotage whenever they’re in conflict with each other.

So, even though you try to reach your conscious goals, if you keep getting in your own way it’s because of these unconscious influences. The problem is, anything that is unconscious cannot be controlled or changed. So to change it, you need to make it conscious. You need to integrate it.

This is the idea of shadow work— retrieving these inferior parts of your personality, making them conscious, and fully developing them to reach your highest potential.

I hope this video may be encouraging for you to understand that YOU aren’t the problem.

But as long as the problem is unconscious, you may end up blaming yourself and making things harder than they need to be. As soon as you can recognize the root cause of your self-sabotage, fear, limiting beliefs, etc, you can actually do something about it and not only will you be stronger but all of these “symptoms” will stop as well.

I hope you like this video, tysm for watching😊✨
