Katharine Gerard lost her son to AIDS 20 years ago. She now pays a surprise visit to the New York apartment of her late son’s ex-partner, Cal, who is now married to Will....they share a son. This play is the aftermath of an attempt to rekindle what had previously been broken in the previous story "Andre’s Mother," also by Terrence McNally. It’s a moving piece that deals with love, loss, regret, joy, race, acceptance, moving on, and mending fences.

This particular production will be centered in the black experience, inquiring how conversations of queerness and homophobia might change or expand when we diversify the characters' experiences.

Helming this show is Director Ignoisco Miles. Produced by Alexis Silvestri.

Cast is Julie Valentine, David Calendar, Dre Jackson and introducing Robert Harris.

Preview recorded and edited by Sam Gianfala.
