The Mentorship Academy was honored with the Thieman Award at The Mentoring Partnership's The Magic of Mentoring event for its exceptional work to champion mentorship across Western Pennsylvania. Over the last three years, our employees and regional trade partners have successfully mentored more than 150 students, helping them decide their next steps after high school graduation and establish key relationships with business leaders across the Appalachian region.
