बस्तर में छेरका नाच खरीब फसल कटने के बाद पौष माह में नाचा जाता है ।जोकि बालक बालिकाओं द्वारा अपने अलग अलग समुह के साथ मिल गोधूलि बेला से रात्रि तक गांव के प्रत्येक घरों में नाचते हैं। और इस दौरान जो भी रुपए पैसे-खाद्य सामग्री एकत्रित होते है उसे वन भोज के रूप में खाया जाता है ।
