Alexa Grasso, the UFC's flyweight champion and the No. 1 pound-for-pound female fighter in the world, both competed on The Ultimate Fighter and now just finished a season as coach. Grasso and former champ Valentina Shevchenko served as coaches for Season 32 for the UFC's reality series, which debuts June 4 on ESPN and on UFC FightPass.

Grasso talked about the difficulties of being responsible for so many fighters, how she learned by coaching and what her goals were in running her team.

We also discussed the frustration of not getting credit for her first two fights with Shevchenko. It's a can't miss conversation.
