I can't believe Everdry of Michigan came out to my house and replaced the sump pump that they put in 27 years ago!!! First of all, how shocking that the sump lasted all those years? Then, when I called them about it, they sent somebody right over, during an ice and snow storm to replace it. It cost me ZERO dollars. Sure, it was under warranty, but if you've ever tried to get work done under warranty, it doesn't always go so easy, especially after 27 years!!!! I am the second owner of the house, and I moved in 20 years ago. The previous owners had the basement waterproofed by EverDry of Michigan. It came with a transferable warranty. Knock-on-wood, I have never had a basement water leak, while I have owned the house. But the previous owners did. It was disclosed when we bought the house. They showed us pictures of the then, nasty basement, and what it looked like after Ever Dry of Michigan fixed and cleaned it up. I am so impressed with this no hassle replacement they did for us. Fast friendly service on something from 27 years ago!!!! WOW! Good job Everdry!
