Prawn ingredients:
1 TBSP Oil for cooking
1/2 lb or 1 lb Prawns cut into small pieces
1 TBSP Garlic
1 TSP Ginger
1 or 2 wiri wiri pepper (spicy to your preference)
1 TSP Fine thyme
1 TSP Suriname Thyme
1 TSP Bandanie
1 TSP Basil or Marrid Man Pork
1 TSP onion
Salt to taste

Chicken Ingredients:
1-2 TBSP oil for cooking
2 lbs Chicken into small pieces
1 TBSP Garlic
1 TSP Ginger
2 or 3 wiri wiri pepper (spicy to your preference)
1 TSP Fine thyme
1 TSP Suriname Thyme
1 TSP Bandanie
1 TSP Basil or Marrid Man Pork
1 TSP onion
Salt to taste
2 Tomato Cubes
1 TSP Chinese Five Spice
2 TBSP Chinese Sauce
1 TBSP Cassavareep

White Rice INGREDIENTS:
2 TBSP Oil for cooking
1 PINT White Rice
2 PINT CUPS of Water
1/2 PK Fried Rice Seasoning
1 TSP Chinese Five Spice
1 TBSP Garlic
1 TSP Ginger
1 or 2 wiri wiri pepper (spicy to your preference)
1 TSP Sugar (Optional)
1 1/2 TO 2 TBSP Chinese Sauce
Salt to taste

Egg Ingredients:
3 Eggs
1 TBSP Flour(All Purpose)
Pinch of Salt
1/2 TSP Black Pepper or 1 SM wiri wiri pepper
