Its been a long time my lovelies I've missed you!
For tonight's video I hope I can send you to sleep with some super tingly whispered sleep and dream facts!
I think the main things I learned from research for this video was that, as a species we do not get enough sleep and that weird dreams are more "normal" than "normal" dreams are!

Its been so long and I am so sad to be out of the loop at the moment. I forgot how totally consuming working in hospitality is, the last week has been a blur I swear I have no idea what day is what anymore
