I decided to get to the killscreen from level 0 using only tetrises, then once I got there I decided to keep going. I used an unmodified ROM with the uncapped scoring game genie code (ENEOOGEZ).
I also used a LUA script to prevent the game from crashing, which caps the scoring at 240000 per tetris. If I hadn't capped the scoring, my score would have been 151,413,717, the highest scoring game that I know of. This is also the lvl 256 speedrun record, beating the previous record by just over 5 minutes.
