In this video, the client notes that the Wi-Fi connection is intermittent. I cleaned the Wi-Fi socket with isopropyl alcohol and used a pencil eraser to clean the gold pins on the Wi-Fi card.

After recording this video, I tested the Wi-Fi connection for two hours, and it worked fine.
