For Thamara’s Birthday this year, we had dinner at Biña Restaurant at the Chogogo Resort on Bonaire. It was waterfront dining at its very best. We started with a drink in their lounge area watching the sunset where they presented us with some ‘amuses’. After that, we went to our table and made sure we got the wine-pairing for our 4-course surprise chef’s menu.
This dinner greatly exceeded our already high expectations. Every detail was perfect. From the spacious design of the restaurant, which also creates some privacy, to the friendliness, quality, and commitment of the staff. We were also really surprised again with new flavor combinations in all pieces of art/dishes that were particularly good. The wine pairing was absolutely spot on as well! And last but not least the surprise Happy Birthday-song performed Live by staff member Ron Link was the best! Thank you Biña and we are already planning our next foodie date with you.
