You're 11 weeks Pregnant - You are carrying your baby for two and a half months now. Know more about your baby’s development and how your body is changing at this point of your pregnancy journey.

Your baby is now the size of an apricot. His/her lungs are being fine tuned and he/she will be able to inhale amniotic fluid which will help your baby develop its respiratory system. Interestingly, hair follicles are starting to form on the top of your baby's head.

Your baby is starting to move and stretch more around this time. Your baby is still tiny for you to feel any movement yet. But some moms say that they feel butterfly flutters around this week.

If you haven't already, you might have stronger food cravings or aversions around this week. Satisfying your cravings are not bad, but be sure to look after yourself and try to take things in moderation, especially if you are craving for sweets.

It's important to drink lots of water throughout your pregnancy to help flush out toxins out of your body and prevent water retention. Water retention can cause your hands and feet to swell making you more uncomfortable as weeks go by.
