RECIPE:

✅ Heat the oil and fry the drumsticks until they get a nice brown color. If you like, add a little butter over the chicken.
✅ After they are nicely browned, we will reduce the temperature a little and add 100 ml of water and 100 ml of tomato sauce. We also add one spoonful of red pepper.
✅ Simmer for about 15 minutes with occasional stirring and turning
✅ After 15 minutes, add a little flour and water to give the sauce a nicer texture. Simmer for another 5 minutes
